The challenge
Fogarolli’s franchisee recruitment process was entirely manual. This meant it was time-consuming and inefficient, which limited the company’s growth potential.
Some of the challenges with the previous manual recruitment system:
- Inconsistent handling of potential franchisees—the company couldn’t ensure a strong employer brand and therefore struggled to reach the talent they wanted.
- Time- and resource-intensive processes cost time, money, and energy, making Fogarolli dependent on individual employees’ efforts
- Difficulties in tracking and following up on leads resulted in poorer sales conditions and increased the risk of high-quality leads slipping through the cracks.
