Resultify's implementation of HubSpot for Great Place To Work Sweden improved customer focus, growth, and collaboration. CEO Jeanette Bergvall explains how Resultify refined their marketing, sales, and customer care.
The Challenge
Great Place To Work aimed to automate workflows to increase efficiency in their internal and external sales efforts. They also needed a platform that could support changes and integrate all customer-related activities in one place. Before HubSpot came into the picture, they were using an old CRM system that no longer met their needs.
“We brought in Resultify to improve our processes for marketing, sales, and customer service,” Jeanette CEO begins. “Our expectations for the collaboration were to receive professional advice and support for implementing best practices, instead of trying to figure everything out ourselves. During the collaboration, we also decided to use HubSpot as the platform for our new website.”

Resultify helped Great Place To Work integrate all of their customer processes into HubSpot and create a shared platform where employees can easily collaborate around their customers.
“For us, HubSpot has become more than a CRM system; it has become a business system,” says Jeanette. “We have been able to automate several parts of our processes, which has added value for both our customers and our internal and external sales efficiency.”
The Result
Jeanette further explains that the greatest benefit of the collaboration is that they now have better and more structured processes, which they continue to develop. She describes the old processes as “scattered and inefficient.” Now, they have a unified platform that all employees use, which has resulted in better collaboration around their customers.
“We have especially appreciated Resultify's attentiveness, their ability to understand our business, and provide constructive advice. In situations where our needs turned out to be more complex than we thought, they showed great willingness to find good solutions for us as a customer. We have received valuable advice and practical solutions, and the staff has demonstrated strong customer focus", she concludes.
