A cookie is a small text-based file with information about your navigation on a website. First-party cookies are cookies that are set on the website by the person responsible for the website and third-party cookies are set by someone else.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO COLLECT DATA?

There are a number of different reasons why we collect and use your personal information: partly to improve and adapt our products and services and partly to collect statistics about our website so that we can make it better for our visitors. The management is based on what in GDPR is called legitimate interest, which means that we use the information for marketing purposes to inform you about products and services from us. It helps us to know what you have shown interest in and at the same time you avoid getting marketing that is not relevant to you.

You can ask at any time to change your information, have access to it or remove you completely from our databases. You can click on the link "Unsubscribe" in an email from us or you can email us if you want to cancel the subscription.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

Typical tasks are:

  • Contact information, such as name, email address and phone number.
  • User information, such as how you use our website and our services. It can include IP numbers, type of device and browser and also information about how you interact with our website, such as which pages you visit and what you click on.

HOW IS THE DATA COLLECTED?

The most common way for us to receive information is that you choose by yourself to provide it in a form or we receive it via cookies. Cookies make our web server recognise you and automatically retrieve the information you have previously registered so that you do not have to enter it again, which saves time, provides better functionality and a smoother user experience.

Resultify also uses HubSpot to manage content and mailings. HubSpot has its own cookies and their support for GDPR is updated regularly. Read more on HubSpot Cookies.

IS IT LEGAL THAT WE STORE COOKIES AND MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We store cookies and process your personal information as we have described above - with your consent. You give your consent in connection with your visiting our website.

CAN I REFUSE COOKIES?
